These terms describe the private, single-owner app and its public practice pages.

Purpose

Breakout Desk is a research tool operated by Digital Labs LLC. It helps its owner examine public video information, compare observed performance, and prepare original video ideas. It does not promise views, revenue, or future performance. Its rankings are independently calculated research aids, not YouTube metrics or predictions.

YouTube services

Breakout Desk uses YouTube API Services. By using Breakout Desk, a user also agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube supplies the public video and channel data shown in the app. Digital Labs LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube. Source videos remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Use and access

The current app is for Digital Labs LLC's internal use by Mitzi. It has no customer accounts, subscription terms, or payment collection. Those would require revised terms before any sale of access. The owner is responsible for checking facts, rights, and suitability before producing a video.

Availability and contact
